Abhradip Jha
Abhradip is a seasoned counsel at the Calcutta High Court with nearly a decade of legal expertise. As the founder and Managing Partner of Lawspicious, he has built a strong reputation in the legal community for delivering exceptional results.
A graduate of Hajra Law College, University of Calcutta, in 2016, Abhradip began his career with Khaitan & Co and collaborated with eminent counsels like Jayanta Narayan Chatterjee and Joydeep Sen. He further enhanced his expertise with a diploma in Contractual Laws from the University of Southampton.
Since starting his independent practice in 2019, Abhradip has excelled in commercial and white-collar litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate legal transactions across courts and tribunals, including NCLT and DRT. His dual role as solicitor and counsel enables effective collaboration with leading firms like Fox & Mandal and Avijit Deb Partners LLP.

Meghla Das
Meghla Das is an accomplished advocate practicing in the
Hon'ble Calcutta High Court. She completed her
B.A. LLB (Hons.) in 2019 and her LLM in 2022 from
Amity Law School, Kolkata. Since then, she has established herself as a
proficient legal practitioner, engaging in both solicitorial and
counsel roles across various legal domains.
Meghla's practice encompasses a wide range of legal areas, including
Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation,
Corporate Litigation, Arbitration, and
Excise and Customs Law. Her diverse expertise allows her to provide
effective legal solutions, tailored to the needs of her clients.
She has collaborated with esteemed senior advocates such as
Adv. Joydeep Kar and Adv. Jishnu Saha. Through these
